When you login to this website, you will automatically create a client account and gain access to a client portal unique to your church.
Upon login, the "Client Portal" tab on the GenEvange website menu will
display a submenu. Simply click the tab and you will be in your portal. This portal is unique for every church,
and will contain all relevant forms, questionaires and upload
proceedures. No other church can view your portal, and similarly you do
not have access to any other client portal. You will be able to view
the progress of your job simply by visiting the portal at any time.
There is no obligation associated with setting up a Client Portal - you
may do so at any time without any sort of financial or workorder
commitment. Click here to login and go directly to the Brand Advertising tab in your Client Portal when you are ready to proceed.
By examining our Pricing Structure page, you should have a good idea of the breadth of campaign suitable for your church budget. The next step is to select a geographic region, or zip codes, that you want to target. We can also target walk routes according to demographic information like "presence of children in the home", "new movers", "age", "ethnicity", etc. Fill in the short request form in your client portal and we will supply you with a community intelligence report so you can make an informed decision. There is no charge for this service.

Within your client portal you can select specific campaigns and/or ads for use, change any copy, input service times, church address info, contact info and any other particulars necessary. You will also be able to upload logos, photos and any other documents we need to construct your advertisement. The process couldn't be more user-friendly. You supply these elements, and we piece them together. We
will send you a digital proof of your ad for signing before we go to
press. Everything can be handled quickly and efficiently via the
internet.
If you already have a non-profit postal indicia issued by USPS, we will need you to fill out the extension application PS Form 3623 found on the USPS website. If you do not have a postal permit, there is NO NEED TO PURCHASE one. Non-Profit organizations (like churches) do not actually have to get a USPS Non-Profit posta permit if we do the mailings on your behalf. We are permitted to use a "Ghost Permit" provided you fill out PS Form 3624 also available on the USPS website. This saves you the $320 fee USPS charges to initiate the permit and first year usage fees. If you wish, we would be glad to help you with the completion of either form. Mail or FedEx us the completed form and we will submit for approval at our postal station for registration in Algonquin, Illinois.
After you submit an order using your GenEvange Client Portal, an invoice will be generated and sent to your email address electronically. Invoice terms are always 50% upon initiation, and 50% upon approval of final proofs. All related fees are posted on our Prices page. Timelines and delivery schedules will be accessible using your Client Portal
It is a good idea to have systems in place to appropriately receive new visitors. How will you follow up? Are greeters trained properly? Is there a prayer team in place covering the advertising campaign? Do you have another point of access planned? It's time to do what you do best - evangelize!
