Physical Production
Once all the elements have been uploaded in your client portal (logo, photo of pastor, variable information like service times, etc.) it will take us anywhere from 1 to 3 business days to return a proof to you by email. Upon approval of proof and final payment, it takes approximately 7 to 9 business days to print, address, and deliver to USPS. USPS has no guarantee on delivery time frames, and suggests to allow anywhere from 2 to 10 business days for mail to deliver at end recipient.
Results
Branding campaigns have 3 distinct outcome objectives:
1/ Increased "newcomer" traffic - while it is impossible to guarantee
results, we are seeing a general response rate of between one-half to
two percent on a targeted mailing, over 90% of the time.
2/ Increased awareness and trust within your community - in our
opinion, accomplishing this second objective is the most important
function of a branding initiative. Branding campaigns work by affecting
people on very deep levels. People soften gradually to the idea of going
to church. It takes work! Effective branding is by nature quite
different than the one-card mailer invitations most often employed by
church marketing firms.
3/ Activation of your own congregational members - branding works also
on the hearts and minds of your existing members. It helps them to
organize efforts around the "outward focus" elements of your church. It
unifies them under a common goal of outreach. It generates excitement,
and gives them a tool that they can feel proud of when inviting their
own friends, neighbors and family members.
