title-logobling.jpgAt GenEvange we use the term "bling" to describe a "processed" or "treated" logo or graphic layout. Such treatment can include any combination of techniques including drop shadows, bevels, metallics, heavy gradients, strokes, heavy light source, antiques, metallics, textures, 3D effects or any other process that alters the "natural" layout or vectors of a shape or design.

Our design philosophy at GenEvange favors clean graphics and elegant form. In our opinion a logo must be compelling and graceful on it's own merits before heavy treatments are added.

We recognize that bling can be fun, and at times even useful, but overly processed logos should never be mistaken for a primary mark, and should not be used exclusively. For this reason we always begin with a clean design, even when our church clients are determined to get a mark that "pops". Then, if desired, we can add bling to a solid foundation. Scroll over the following logos to see examples of blinged marks produced by the GenEvange team.

Pictured below are some examples of famous brand marks and their associated blings. If you are interested in blinging your logo, visit our "Pricing" page for information on related costs, then head on to our "Client Portal" where you can begin the process.
